An award winning interior designer, with over 20 years of experience and education, Audra is the expert at delivering timeless and elegant kitchens, bathrooms and her favorite, whole house remodel projects.
She was chosen by CBS as one of Orange County’s top interior designers, and one of the original designers that helped to design and build the plumbing and fixtures showroom Pirch, located in Costa Mesa, California.
With a background in model home design, Audra has a knack for selecting unique materials that compliment and flow from one room to the next, thus communicating a cohesive style and feel throughout a home.
After working with hundreds of clients creating custom spaces for their home renovations, Audra reconized a missing piece, which was a seamless process to ensure that the construction phase went smoother and faster. What exactly is

THE RENOVATION METHOD?

With my signature process:

We discuss your needs, design vision and budget to help us select the proper materials and fixtures.
We do all of the research and design work for you, providing you with a cohesive, custom plan.
We present our overall design ideas with you during an online Zoom conference call.
We then deliver your personal design book that includes all of the descriptions, item numbers and purchase the resources.
You can also upgrade your project to include a CAD drawing of your space. This helps to better communicate the layout and where all of the materials and fixtures will go.
Then, all you have to do is purchase the materials and fixtures on your own or have your chosen contractor purchase them for you.
Your contractor will be so pleased! They will be able to provide a more accurate labor bid due to the materials and fixtures selected. This helps cut down unexpected construction costs.
You project will get done faster, and more efficiently, so you can enjoy your new space for years to come!

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS!

STEP 1: SELECT A ROOM (Or ROOMS)

Choose the room (or rooms) that you want to design or remodel.

Once you pay for your package, you will be directed to our calendar to schedule your initial design consultation Zoom call.

On our call we discuss your design vision, overall needs and desired budget requirements.

STEP 2: RESEARCH & DESIGNS

After our initial call, we research and put together your overall design concept, compiling and selecting all of the right surface materials, fixtures and finishes to compliment your specific space.

STEP 3: DESIGN PRESENTATION

On our second and final Zoom call we present your custom design concept and our ideas with you…

Our goal is to get it done right the first time, but of course your feedback is important. And we want you to love your new space.

For this reason, we do allow one material re-selection.

STEP 4: LIST OF ITEMS & MATERIAL SAMPLES

Once all of your materials and fixtures are finalized, we then compile everything into a comprehensive design book, complete with notes and details to explain our design selections and the overall plan.

This helps your contractor understand how it all goes together and where everything will go.

It includes all of the finished details, such as edge descriptions and trim pieces that are most important in order to deliver a beautiful finished space that’s professionally designed.

Your personal design book will include descriptions of all selections as well as the resource locations of where you can purchase everything directly on your own.

In addition, we send you all of the material samples, so you have everything you need to move forward in communicating the plan with your chosen contractor.

Is this an in person service?

- No, this process is entirely remote, done via zoom and phone calls. You can live anywhere in the country! This is a fun, remote experience done from the comfort of your own home!

What if I need Help with more than one room?

- Not a problem at all! We can work with you to create a comprehensive design package that is perfect for all of the spaces you want to renovate. You can select and add as many rooms as you want!

What if I’m not happy with my design?

- We will be working together to create a design especially suited for you during our planning and presentation calls.

Our goal is always to get it done right the first time, but of course your feedback is very important. Therefore, your package does include one material re-selection if you'd like to make any changes after the presentation call.

**Additional materials or fixture changes will be billed separately to cover the time it takes to travel to our resource showrooms and research other options.
