Terms of Service

There are no refunds once the packages are purchased. 

The necessary time and hours spent researching a specific design concept is completed prior to the design presentation call.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Each room package includes one (1) design concept and a list of all elements suggested, as well as two one (1) hour online consultation calls to review the overall design concept.

Client is responsible for purchasing the list of items selected. You may hire us to purchase everything for you at an additional hourly rate, which varies per project.

One (1) material reselect is included. Additional reselects will be charged at our hourly rate, which varies per project.

One set of drawings - 1 Floorplan and any wall elevations that have tile to show placement and layout. This helps the contractor undertstand the layout design and what materials go where. It also helps them calculate the accurate square footage amount needed.

Delivery time – 30 business days from the initial online Zoom consultation call. Once approved we send out your custom design book, material samples as well as all resource information necessary to purchase it on your own. Outside scope of work time and fees are determined in the case that the Client requests to reselect any of the materials or add additional rooms or CAD drawings thereafter.

You will be responsible for providing all dimensions of all walls, as well as windows and door placements. We then plug in those dimensions to create your drawings. Our drawings are conceptual only to communicate what goes where.

After all material and fixtures selections are discussed during the second consultation call, and the document of all items per room is emailed to the Client, the room(s) package agreement is fulfilled.

Please note : At the time that we present the suggested materials and fixtures, they are currently in stock. We are not responsible for the manufacturer’s inventory afer that, because it can change on a daily basis. Therefore, we do suggest that you place your orders right away to ensure the stock you need is available.


WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

Vetting or managing of contractors - This is the responsibility of the Client. We are available to help you with this process as well, per a consultation of interviewing the scope of work. An in person meeting and a new design proposal and agreement is created after we meet to discuss and better understand your overall needs.

Purchasing of the items selected or suggested – Client is responsible for purchasing everything and having the materials and fixtures installed. You may hire us to purchase everything for you at our hourly rate, which varies per project.
